Will musicians that audience members tip and request songs from, have access to personal information?

• Audience members may request their tips be anonymous. Otherwise, their name will be posted.

Can musicians set a minimum amount to receive for a song request, and can that amount
change based on venues/locations?

• No, tips amounts are based on audience demand and the price they are willing to pay to hear a song.

If I receive a tip from a fan, am I obligated to play their request?

• No, the musician has the ability to accept or decline the request. If you decline, no payment of tip is processed.

Can I decline a song request?

• Yes, you have the ability in the app to see the requests and accept or decline each one. The audience can also see if you have accepted or declined the song.

How often do I need to update my playlist?

• A musician may update their playlists as often as they like. Pay attention to your declined song history to see if maybe you should be learning new material!

Can I send my fans direct messages or thank them for the tips?

• Not at the moment but we are planning on adding that capability soon.

What percentage of the tip money does the musician(s) receive?

• All of it! 100% goes to the musician.

Does SongMe keep a percentage of tips?

• No, SongMe does not take any percentage of the tips sent towards the musicians.

When do I get paid?

• Typically payment appears in the musician’s account within 2-3 business days.

When and how will I have access to the tips?

• The funds will be electronically sent to your designated bank account that is connected during setup.

Can I arrange for a fan to get a refund?

• We do not currently provide this as an option.

Can I set up donations to a charity?

• Yes, that is an option within settings.

Can I get a breakdown of my earnings at the end of each month?

• Yes, you have access to this and other data such as which songs are requested.
